  • Delivery of a service of the highest quality that will improve and sustain the Service Users’ overall quality of life.
  • Ensure that the service is delivered flexibly, attentively and in a nondiscriminatory fashion, while respecting Service Users’ right to independence, privacy, dignity, fulfilment, and the rights to make informed choices.
  • To ensure that Service Users’ needs, and values are respected in matters of religion, culture, race or ethnic origin, sexuality and sexual orientation, political affiliation, marital status, parenthood and disabilities or impairments.
  • To match the nominated Care Worker as closely as possible with the Service Users and respecting the need to change the Care Worker in the event of subsequent non -compatibility.
  • To manage the Care Service efficiently and effectively to make best use of resources and to maximise value for money for the Purchaser / Service User.
  • To involve service users and carers in the provisions, management, and development of services, which will be monitored regularly as part of the quality
    assurance framework ensuring that the service is run in the best interests of our service users.
  • To ensure that all service users are aware of the procedures of making compliments, comments, and complaints.
  • To ensure that the service-users are safeguarded from all kinds of abuse and therefore making sure that our staff are highly skilled and trained in identifying
    abuse and how to report it.
  • To ensure consent is gained prior to providing care and support, and to have a robust system in place to enable handling, investigating, and responding to
    complaints thoroughly.
  • We aim our staff to work in accordance with the policy and procedures of the organisation.
  • To have an effective governance system which checks on the quality and safety of care.

 

AGAPE MEDICAL HEALTH CARE LTD will involve carers and service users in the development of care plans and the provision and management of services. Services will also be monitored regularly as part of the quality assurance framework, ensuring that the service is run in the best interests of our service users. As part of this framework, staff will be expected to participate in contributing their views and feedback that will influence the quality framework and therefore the quality of Care that Service Users receive.

We will endeavour to secure care visits of one-hour-minimum in which allows the service to be flexible to the daily changing needs of the clients.

AGAPE MEDICAL HEALTH CARE LTD will provide a comprehensive range of home care and supported living services for individuals aged 18–65 and over, including essential domestic support. The exact nature of service provided to each service user will vary as each care package will be tailored to their needs, the following examples of services that will be offered:

  • Assistance with dressing/grooming/bathing
  • Help with personal care needs
  • Preparation of meals and drinks (meeting nutrition and hydration needs)
  • Support with continence care
  • Assistance with mobility needs
  • Administration/ Support of medication
  • Support with transitioning back into the home from hospital
  • Assistance with light domestic tasks
  • Accompanying to appointments, errands and holidays
  • Assistance to arrange appointments with other professionals such as doctors, opticians etc
